World Championship at Zangersheide, Belgium 2009

October, 2nd 2009

CoulthardCoulthardSoeren Knudsen and Coulthard again went to Zangersheide to participate in the World Championships for young horses.

245 horses were entered in the youngster 6 years class. Soeren and Coulthard finished in the top forty and qualified for the finals. In the qualification Coulthard was clear in both rounds and only had a small time penalty.

In the finals 16 horses had a clear round and were ready for the jump-off. Soeren really showed Coulthards capacity and staked a clear and fast round – Unfortunately they had one fence down and thus ended ranking 11th among the worlds best 6 years horses.

Two more crowned/graded stallions Party Dance sire: Cajus and Assendruplunds Cayman, sire: Cajus also competed in this class. They did not qualify for the finals but both did extremely fine on the very demanding course.
